Mthetheleli got involved in gangsterism and crime as a young boy to impress his father and escape his harsh circumstances.
He was sentenced to 20 years in prison where he got involved in gang fights and it was a survival of the fittest. After a traumatic incident, he made a decision that would change his life forever.
Today, he is involved with one of Valcare’s partner nonprofit organisations, The Message Trust, a nonprofit organisation that is raising a generation of urban heroes.
